1. Positions & Locations

• Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I)

  • Locations: Islamabad, Karachi, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sibi

• Resident Engineer – Electrical (OG-I)

  • Locations: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore

• Resident Engineer – Mechanical (OG-I)

  • Locations: Gujrat, Lahore

2. Eligibility Criteria (Requirements)

• Qualification: Minimum B.E. or B. Tech (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics) from a local or international university recognized by HEC Pakistan.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Preferred Candidates: Those having a Master's degree or relevant certification will be preferred.

• Experience Context: Candidates having work experience in a Bank or Financial Institution will be preferred.

• Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office and have excellent communication skills.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Perform site visits for overall assessment of projects and assignments.

• Prepare cost estimates for projects in light of Bank’s policy and PPRA rules.

• Review and analyze layout plans and discuss changes with supervisors.

• Prepare bidding documents as per the Bank's defined policies and procedures.

• Supervise building construction, renovation projects, and site-work as required.
