Vacant Position & Requirement
Plant Superintendent (LPG):
Qualification: Must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 07 years of proven supervisory expertise in LPG or Hydrocarbon Processing Plants.
Skills: Expert knowledge of LPG operations, safety systems (OGRA/Explosives Rules), and emergency response. Strong leadership and proficiency in documentation/reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operations: Manage LPG filling machines, electronic scales, and leak detection systems for optimal efficiency.
Safety & HSE: Supervise fire protection infrastructure (Hale fire pumps, hydrant networks) to ensure emergency preparedness and HSE compliance.
Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance of generators, electrical control panels, compressors, and plant utilities.
Compliance: Manage LPG cylinder testing, repair, and reconditioning units according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Logistics: Oversee the operation and maintenance of LPG bowzers for safe transportation.
Liaison: Coordinate with regulatory bodies like WAPDA, OGRA, and the Explosives Department.
Eligibility Criteria
Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of safety regulations and operational issue analysis.
